it should just work. try a port, doesn't work, switch to another, try it, works. this is a normal thing that other tools do from a long time ago. there were tools that refused to implement, later they come to same concolusion. I wanted to try keystonejs, throw it away because of this stupid issue. when a tool can't do basic things right, i don't have high expectation that it's going to do complicated thigns right.

I am inclined to think this is poor behaviour, can you cite any examples and their reasoning? I don't want a tool to iterate ports, I have an intended port, it should only use that.
I assume this discussion is only for keystone dev too, the requested behaviour would be a security issue otherwise.
