[WIP] Add Keystone.Email tests

I cannot get locals to work, i.e. the name, firstName and email variables aren't showing up in the template. Any ideas why @JedWatson @Noviny?

@mxstbr I think the issue you were encountering was because the name and first_name variables refer to the recipient, and requires passing the recipient an object which has a name field. You were passing an object for from but not to.

I'm still doing a bit of poking. That got mandrill but not mailgun working for me.
