Update email templates

Currently all the email templates have got out of sync with each other and the app. The pug template needs to be rewritten and then styled, then other templates can be updated from that.

This consolidates a couple of other issues.

  • [ ] nunjucks
  • [ ] twig
  • [ ] hbs

#238 has email working for all view engines. Leaving this issue open even after merge, as they have lost styling and formatting we should restore.

Theres an issue with the 'recipient.firstName' variable in the pug email template, i'm going to fix it now
