Associate discussion with change approval

Description

The idea here is to allow the members of a workspace to have discussion about an open change approval. The feature of approval is tracked by #117. Only administrators and users who have role to view the entity that triggered the approval would be let in this chat.

Once the approval has been approved, we would like to delete any chat history that it has been associated with it.

• Add a model in schema.prisma to store the chats
