Ability to set coordinates for an action by % instead of pixels

Would like the option to edit touch actions after they are saved. If I need to make a change right now the only option is to delete it and add a new one. It lets you name it buts no option to get back to it. I would also like to see an option to set the coordinates in % values instead of pixels that way people with different resolution screens will be able to use my mappings. Thanks and keep up the great work

Hi, in 2.4.0 I have added the ability to edit actions so that will solve that part of the request. I'll rename this to be the 2nd part of the request.
