Constraints "Connected to a Wifi Network" or "Disconnected from a Wifi Network" do not work with Floating Buttons
Developer TODO (don't remove)
- [ ] update documentation
Describe the bug When using either of those constraints, the floating buttons are always hidden when using "Connected to a Wifi Network" and always shown when using "Disconnected from a Wifi Network". App has proper wifi permissions as requested by it.

To Reproduce Creating a Floating Button, Connect to a Trigger, Add any action, use one of the listed constraints to reproduce behavior. To get the floating button back, remove the "Connected to a Wifi Network" constraint to make it visible again as an example. Tried using specific Wifi networks and the blank "any" option as well.
Key maps I did a re-install just to see if it was my settings, can be reproduced from a new install.
Expected behavior Show the floating button when connected to the specific or any wifi network, hide the floating button when the connection is lost. Vice versa for the disconnect from wifi network constraint.
