Ability to switch to key mapper input method only for a single input and then switch back?

First, let me thank all of the keymapper devs and community for this amazing app. It's improved my android experience 1000% and it actually saved one of my previous phones from going to the landfill by remapping a broken system key that would've made the device unusable.

Recently in Keymapper, you added the ability to change keyboards as part of the actions. I've been trying to get "del" to work on my device without having to part with gboard, and I was excited about this feature.

Unfortunately -- the chain you see on my above screenshot does not work in practice.

Specifically, I want to be using gboard all of the time, and then once I click a key, for keymapper to change to the keymapper keyboard, do any operations that require it, and then switch back to my original gboardin one step.

Would you consider making this a feature?
