FR: Organization Tools (Foldering, Grouping, Coloring, Searching, Tagging)

Developer TODO (don't remove)

• [ ] create new branch. put issue number at start of name
• [ ] update documentation
• [ ] merge and delete branch (don't squash because want commit history to see why I made changes)

I have quite a bit of keymaps (over 200!) and it would help a ton if these could be searched, foldered, categorized/tagged, grouped, or colored (ideally, all of these, but basic searching and foldering would be the most helpful!). I'd be happy to elaborate on what this could look like but I suspect its understandable!
