User Testing

TEST_LOAD_PAGE: Try loading the Keyman Developer web test page multiple times. Ensure that a Keyman keyboard is selected in the Keyboards list. Use Ctrl+F5 to reload a few times. This test passes if only one keyboard is ever visible -- the one in the centre of the page, not the floating default KeymanWeb keyboard.

• ✅ TEST_LOAD_PAGE (PASSED): Tested this in Keyman Developer 16.0.80-alpha-test-7457 in Windows 10 OS and verified that only one keyboard is available / visible after I reload the page (by pressing Ctrl+F5). Seems to be working as expected. (notes)
