bug(android): help tip misalignment
Describe the bug
On a fresh install of the Keyman app, it is possible for the help tip of the keyboard to be misaligned.
To Reproduce
- Perform a fresh install of the Keyman app.
- When the "Get Started" menu shows up, select the first option and add a keyboard using the keyboard search.

- When the package fully installs and you dismiss the welcome screen, you may be presented with the screenshot above.
Expected behavior The "tap here to change keyboard" tip should appear to be coming from the globe key, not the SHIFT key.
Keyman for iPhone/iPad/Android:
- Device: Pixel 2 API 28 (Simulated via Android Studio)
- OS: ... API 28.
- Keyman version 15.0.258-beta
- Target application: Keyman
Also seen on a physical (non-simulated) Galaxy Tab A running Android 6.0 when testing #6525.
Hey @bharanidharanj or @MakaraSok, can you reproduce this? Just wondering if this issue might actually be a one-off.
@jahorton Downloaded and Installed Keyman 15.0.270 version from Goolge Play Store (in my android mobile device) and I am able to reproduce it.

Well, no fix has been merged yet, so that's kind of to be expected. Note: the issue is still open.
For 16.0, we'll disable the help tip -- suggest stripping out the code altogether. Then in 17.0 we may rewrite and reintroduce more cleanly.
