bug(windows): welcome page buried behind the Configuration window

Describe the bug

On the beta version (15.0.231-beta), install Bunong keyboard to see the error above when the install completes. The Configuration is not responsive to the click at all until the OK button on the welcome page is clicked.

Keyman for Windows:

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro 21H2 x64
  • Keyman version: 15.0.231-beta
  • Target Application: Keyman

Extra Notes from talking to Makara this is not necessarily the Bunong keyboard. It only does this occasionally. Not sure if this windows problem (focus problems in Windows 10) or a Keyman issue. More investigation is required.
