So, I've installed the Bitwarden extension (https://bitwarden.com/download/#downloads-web-browser) in both Firefox and Chrome to attempt a reproduction of this error, but I'm getting nothing. Granted, the only thing I did was install the extension; I have done no further setup, in part because I don't have an account.

Is there additional setup I should take note of? Also, which browser was in use when this error occurred?

I don't know in terms of additional setup; the issue arises with Chrome, Firefox and Edge apparently.

Low priority I think.
