Fix OSK fontname for basic_kbda1, basic_kbda2, basic_kbda3, arabic_izza

Follows #3814 and #3817 for keymanapp/keyman#15263 Turns out the .kvks files should refer to Scheherazade for

  • arabic_izza
  • basic_kbda1
  • basic_kbda2
  • basic_kbda3

Our preference is that you use ScheherazadeNew, not plain Scheherazade. Sometime I want to change them all out. It's in this folder: \release\shared\fonts\sil\scheherazade_new
