Request: Tcc mode support patch (windows only)

Hello, I want to request if possible a patch to enable Tesla compute cluster windows driver ( alternative to wddm) on unsupported cards.. It’s a feature available on tesla and geforce quadros and even some titans like titan v.. Usable via nvidia-smi

Sorry if not clear.. I’m requesting if it’s possible to patch nvidia drivers for being able to enable tcc mode on geforce cards..

I am not aware of a hack to enable it, but if somebody reverse engineers the driver we can consider hosting it on this repo with other patches.
