As part of keycloak/keycloak#32826 the UMD ([Universal Module Definition](https://github.com/umdjs/umd)) distribtion is being removed. The [code on the site](https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-web/blob/ae3f5464ced53d56c57522203ea4292249c7d0ea/pages/app/index.ftl#L5-L6) should be refactored to use the standard ECMAScript module variant instead.
