Add ColemakDH layout, show primary keymap in version output.
It's not the 'official' Colemak-DH, but the older variant with 'M' on the home row. It's at least officially recognized as a possibly better keymap for ortholinear and columnar physical layouts.
I feel like we may want to start breaking out 'variant' keymaps into separate header files, otherwise the 'sample' firmware is going to get very, very crowded.
