search for a key or action within a layout

This idea is kind of a reverse of the layout editor. Given a key, e.g. the "left alt key", search the layers for a key or keys that sends that action.

I don't have many ideas on how it would work, e.g. if there were multiple instances. Imagine searching for "Transparent", you might get a whole bunch.
