All note time is reported as UTC 0

Is there any way to set a timezone or use the current host server timezone?

All the notes I create with permanote via the sandstorm software are set to UTC 0. All other apps use the timezone set on the Ubuntu server. If I look at the grains it shows the correct time of the last change to permanote, but the notes themselves show time in UTC.

Is this a bug or do I need to set something where?
