Cannot upload files or save open word documents to teams in KBFS

Hello. Ever since a few months ago on Keybase 6.3.0 I started having issues with KBFS where it gives me an error code such as the one in the picture when I try to upload files. It also does not upload the files when I try to drag and drop them into the Keybase App. I am now running Keybase 6.4.0 and am getting the same issue. I am on Mac OS Ventura. I used to have no issues, but it suddenly started.
