Not receiving verification SMS

I am working with a colleague who is trying to verify their phone number on Keybase. They have a +41 (Switzerland) phone number, and are not receiving the SMS when they choose to send it. We attempted to add it again as a new phone number and still no SMS came through.

This issue was occurring both on the Desktop app as well as the iOS app, both were recently installed and running the latest version.
