Keybase will not install on my Windows 11 laptop

I get this error message:

I do not know how to verify that I have access to that directory.

I can view that (hidden) directory in Explorer, but do not know how to verify that I have access

Have you tried running the terminal in admin @FredC1951?

Try installing Keybase using winget in admin terminal.

winget install Keybase.Keybase
