Access to keybase file system through API?

Hi I want to write a bot that can go through the files of a team to automatically run static site generator scripts etc. From what I see here there is no file API yet, is that correct?

Do you have a plan on adding this at some point? In particular it would be nice to be able to list files from a keybase folder, read/get contents of existing files and write/put content to new or existing files.
