Using POJ (plain old javascript) I get an error about index.map when loading your library.

I have got everything working (I think!) but when the library loads the following error is logged.

HTTP404: NOT FOUND - The server has not found anything matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). (XHR)GET - http://localhost:64245/libs/pgp/index.map

I don't use coffee etc - just javascript and cut/paste and drag/drop files.

Is index.map needed? If not how do I get rid of the library trying to load it?
