Something wrong with my data!

I have downloaded a zip file about 650Mb and put it in a folder private\myusername\ . After that I moved it to a subfolder private\myusername\subfolder on my company computer using windows 7.

I went home, open home computer using windows 10. I still saw that file in private\myusername. Click on it to unzip, it said "Error in packed file". I don't know what the problem is.

Could you please check and fix that problem. Thank you.

By the way, I would like to ask you, the storage system of kbfs is 250Gb now. Will you reduce this in the futures?

@magicstone1412 sorry about this. Off the top if my head I don't know of a bug like that. Could you open the "Keybase shell" and do a keybase log send from at least the Windows 10 computer, and ideally the Windows 7 computer as well, so we can check the logs to see what went wrong.

Did you check the size of the file on the Windows 10 computer? Is it possible that the Windows 7 computer was still syncing the large file when you turned it off / suspended it?

We won't be reducing the free 250GB for people who are already signed up, though we might reduce it for future new users some day.
