This PR adds the functionality to retrieve Certificates from the keychain.

These changes expose the APIs that allow MutualTLS to be configured using certificates from the keychain.

looking at #62: there might be a concern. Some of these changes require MacOS 12 (Monterey), and in #62 there is a comment about Catalina.
