Failure to launch desktop app - Windows 11 pro
Describe the bug log ID is: 4ba4e28e887fbcd87b46d81c After install, failure to load app beyond blank screen. Reinstalling, device reboot, device update does not correct issue.

This is common on Windows when you don't have a dedicated GPU. Integrated ones don't play nicely with Electron apps when hardware acceleration is used. I no longer use Windows, though I had this issue with various Electron apps on my mini PC.
