macOS client is rejecting login, other devices have been logged out

Describe the bug I'm trying to log in on a new device with my paper key. My login is being rejected with

server rejected session; is your device revoked?
Error code 202: BAD_SESSION in method keybase.1.login.login

I have tried authorizing myself with my phone, but that seems to have been logged out.

I am also unable to log into the website; it does scrypt, but then just leaves me with the same page without logging me in.

My username is dave.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Keybase client
2. Attempt to log in as dave
3. Enter paper key or choose a device
4. Fail a lot

Expected behavior I expect to be logged in.
