Unable to launch new download of keybase with "Keybase Install Error"

Describe the bug I'm unable to launch Keybase on my Mac mini (Apple M1, Sonoma 14.6.1) after following the download steps for arm64 at keybase.io

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Obtain a Mac mini M1 chip with 8GB RAM
  2. Follow instructions on keybase.io to download keybase for Apple Silicon
  3. Copy Keybase to the Applications folder and run it
  4. See error

Additional info: when sending the logs, I see these INFO logs, could be related:
