Unable to use keybase log send command, API network error, private folder unable to access

Keybase GUI Version: 6.2.8-20240305123615+5381dd5b22

Private folder unable to access since June 13, 2024, Philippine time. I am trying to report the problem but i can't submit feedback thru command-line and GUI. Please help, thanks
