Unable to add iPhone

I had to revoke my iPhone device. Every time I try to re-add it, I scan the QR code appearing on my iMac, then enter the secret and I get the error Error code 1708: REUSED_KEX_PHRASE in method keybase.1.device.device Add

Any idea why that is and how could I troubleshoot it?
