Another KBFS install error reminder
It doesn't seem to be related to making sure macOS Privacy settings is enabled for Keybase. I see others in here reporting it, but I don't see a fix... or maybe I'm blind (/old).

This is probably a duplicate issue of the well-known #24366 issue.
Can you just add a little more detail about your specific issue, as well as your macOS version? Only Keybase can see the logs you've sent them; the community (which tries to help as much as possible) obviously doesn't have access to those.
It's a DUP. Once Apple breaks something, it's really game over for that method. The SIP change KEXT/System file mangle is just generally too much effort to get the KEXT accepted into building into the cache.
This will never be fixed, and I concur that any method that deals with changing SIP should be marked DOA.
