KBFS not loading.

After installing MacOS Ventura I started to get an error about KBFS not being loaded. Attempting to install Keybase again.

I have the same issue on Linux. keybase fs operations all say

ERROR timeout waiting for kbfs (code 1603)

and the GUI client shows a spinner indefinitely.
