Messages fail to be decrypted/verified on iOS but can on mac

If I encrypt a message and include my user, then go to the decrypt tool and paste it in I get a "This message was encrypted for someone else or for a key you don't have"

Same error if I encrypt from another user for my user. The messages always decrypt fine on the mac when decrypting the same message that fails on iOS.

iOS app version: 6.0.1-20220606180919+0fc9feea3d

Any ideas?

I'm having this issue but on the MacOS client. If I include encrypt a message and include my user, I cannot decrypt it and get the "This message was encrypted for someone else or for a key you don't have" error. MacOS app version: 6.0.1-20220609162338+0fc9feea3d
