How do I make an http API request with the sample jsons shown in `$ keybase chat api help` ?

I read the API/1.0 docs, learned the login/lookup process but couldn't figure out how to use keybase chat api help or keybase team api help JSON data.

I tried making POST request to https://api-0.core.keybaseapi.com/ with those sample jsons but that didn't work.
