Desktop for Windows 10 version doesn't work anymore

Keybase GUI Version: 6.0.1-20220609140211+0fc9feea3d

On the same system I have always used it. Uninstalled / reinstalled several times. Just locks up at "Starting up Keybase..."

Same account works fine on Android.
