Stuck on "Starting up keybase..."

Application is stuck on "Starting up keybase..." even after reinstalling and deleting folders under %appdata%/Local and %appdata%/Roaming.

Keybase GUI Version: 6.0.1-20220609140211+0fc9feea3d
