Error: "Sorry, your upload didn't work."

The error started again. I have a profile picture in mobile application, but it does not exist on the website. Interesting situation. I cannot upload profile picture in any way.

I'm getting an error while uploading the profile picture. The profile picture appears on the app screen, but unfortunately it is not in the browser and also the upload process does not work.
