GUI stuck at "Starting up Keybase..."

Windows 11 Pro: 22000.739

KBFS set to X: (K: reserved by a third party binary)

KBFS is working, files can be accessed via Explorer.

The GUI is stuck at "Starting up Keybase..." A complete deregister and deinstall helped once, but after a restart/shutdown, GUI is not coming up.

Having the same problem. It was fixed after a total uninstall and purge of the remaining files, but after installing an update yesterday it's broken again. See #25082, #24425, #25063, #25064 and maybe more. Really need a fix for this, I'm strongly considering abandoning Keybase altogether at this point as it's completely unusable.
