GUI not starting on arch linux

so i use arch linux without a desktop environment with a window manager (dwm) & installed https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/keybase-bin/ this package all the other keybase services just works fine and also when i start keybase gui from /opt/keybase it works but it won't work when i use "run_keybase" script it gives the follow error

You don't have systemctl? Is this a normal Arch install?

Pretty much same issue here as well:

I'm using Archcraft on DWM. And there is systemctl and systemd.

Does /usr/bin/env systemctl work?
