docker support for arm64?

Supported architectures: Currently we only support amd64, please file a ticket if you'd like us to support other architectures! from: https://hub.docker.com/r/keybaseio/client

Any chance we can get multi-arch build for the keybaseio/client image to include support for arm64? I'm trying to build an integration to home assistant (which commonly runs on pi) and it'd be nice to leverage this official base image.

Installing ARM64 Linux is becoming quite popular now with the M1 Macs, etc. This would let me do my entire release management for Python 3.8 and 3.9 on the M1 Mac.

Bump this, im running ubuntu arm linux in a vm on a M2 and cannot run keybase on said arm ubuntu.
