Autoscroll on new messages makes it impossible to catch up with chatlogs (iOS)

Hi all,

The autoscroll when a new message is received on iOS makes it super annoying to try to catch up with group chats as the conversation keeps bumping down with each new message received.

Please disable this feature until a more elegant solution is implemented.

I have the same problem. Catching up is impossible. Maybe there could be a button to switch autoscrolling off /on in the chat window?
