Emphasize that stellar assets are lost on account reset

Apparently some people think Keybase has the ability to recover stellar wallets, which of course is impossible.

I see now when I tried the feature that it's extremely clear in the mail sent out that you loose your stellar assets in a refund. It doesn't hurt to mention in the app aswell, but I really can't understand how people can miss this.

It's definitely obvious, but please add this to the warning.

Good idea, a simple message on the UI with a link going to the official does to transfer your funds without using external company that could scam you is the right thing to do.

I'm sure even a26z would even approve, do I have the right amount of letters ?
