Removing or modifying the Sites section due to the deprecation of Keybase.pub

Not sure what everyone else’s thoughts are on this but I think the Sites section should be either Removed or Modified to avoid any confusion as to its availability. I’m personally leaning towards the latter option but it would be interesting to hear everyone else’s thoughts. -Mark
