Could we have some better Admin/Moderator tools, as moderating a chat with approx 20000+ users is very cumbersome and we have no access when users joined the team etc and we dont have access to users who have been given a "time-out" thus many people if we haven't messaged them can't come back in once they have calmed down, unless we opened a DM with them prior.
