Face Mask Only

Hey there, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but the extension doesn't seem to save just the mask layers. I'm selecting "Mask only" and "save mask to disk", but no reference mask seems to get saved.

In case I'm being daft, what is the process of doing just this? All I want to do is use the facial detection to map masks to a series of images, so that I've got a folder of masks for the faces alone - so that I can then process the rest of the images by other means whilst reliably leaving the faces untouched.
