Want to replace npm module ical?

Hi,

I'm the author of https://github.com/peterbraden/ical.js. it has the npm module 'ical'.

I am a bad maintainer of this module and see some value in having this module supersede it.

I wonder if you'd be interested in having this module take over? I'd ask that you create a wiki page with migration instructions for existing users of the module, and I'd push a semver breaking change, but I'd be happy to contact NPM and ask that they transfer the module name.

I very much am! I will look into creating that wiki page and showing it to you for review. I've been slightly busy with work this month so I haven't gotten around to things, but I hope to work on this during the holidays.
