Feature Request - 3rd Party Plugin Identification

Hi Kevin, Thanks for all of your hard work on this great GUI! If and when you have time, and if it wouldn't be too much trouble, if you could add a column in the Plugin Results pane that identifies if a plugin is 3rd party, that would be awesome. The way I was thinking about it is if the plugin came via the "Add Plugins" path(s), then it could be identified with something as simple as (3rd) in the column, or (core) otherwise. Maybe something along those lines? Thank you for your consideration.

The plugins are detected and loaded by volatility. And volatility has nothing to identify if a plugin is core or not.

I will have a look to see if there is a way i can add this in to the workflow after volatility has registered the plugins.
