Expected Behavior

Please describe the behavior you are expecting. If your samples(x64) stuck in pending ensure that you set tags=x64 in hypervisor conf for x64 vms

Current Behavior

What is the current behavior?

There are additional capemon options that can be passed via task options, but there is no documentation for them here https://github.com/kevoreilly/CAPEv2/commit/9ddf56aa8da21a5c32c8de1cb8a3060be43f88f9.

Missing items include minhook=1, no-iat=1, caller-dump=0, injection=0, procdump=0, log-exceptions=1, yarascan=0, api-cap=500, etc. All items can be found here (https://github.com/kevoreilly/capemon/blob/capemon/config.c) but they are missing descriptions.

Multiple capemon option descriptions were added in this PR https://github.com/kevoreilly/capemon/pull/66, but it would be nice to have all options include descriptions + options with descriptions added to the docs @cccs-mog
