Support arbitrary numbers of cases

The kevlar find procedure already has support for an arbitrary number of controls. It should be trivial to introduce support for an arbitrary number of cases. For situations where we have many cases and controls and memory is a limiting factor, we'll have to use k-mer banding and multiple passes over the data.
