[WinUI] TemplatedItemsList and underlying ListView UI elements are disconnected, creates phantom views.

iOS Collectionview jitters / scrollskips on iPhone 14 simulators / devices (even in .NET 8)

After rotating the emulator from horizontal to vertical orientation, the card of page My Recipes is truncated.

Verify in the latest main build 17.10.0 Preview 2.0 [34620.193.main] and Microsoft.Maui.Controls: 8.0.10-nightly.10061+sha.37be10aad8-azdo.9091888, the card truncation issue does not repro.

[MAUI] RefreshView C6 or C7 Pull down in the view isn't activate the RefreshView on Surface.

Setting entry text from binding before user interaction sets null on iOS

Can repro it on Windows platform.
